We spoke with Caio Guerra, Ancar’s Corporate Maintenance Coordinator to understand how Engeman ® acted and helped the company’s success.
How did you meet Engeman®?
Ancar values implementing procedures developed by professional experts in the maintenance area. Thus, there was a need to have a tool that optimized the processes and made it feasible to keep up with the growth of the company. What were the difficulties you faced in your business before you met Engeman®?
Our maintenance processes generally could not be tracked clearly. It was not possible to see company maintenance data in a corporate way, the processes were manual and the physical controls. By implementing a software, we can gather information faster and more securely.
What were the difficulties during implementation and how did you overcome them?
Our biggest problem was the lack of knowledge of the employees about the tool. We requested personalized training that covered all the features that the software provided for Ancar.
How was the experience using Engeman®?
Today, Engeman ® is essential in Ancar’s process, because it brings us very important information for the proper functioning of the company both in the analysis of expenses and in the quality inspection.
What results did you achieve using Engeman®?
We had several results using Engeman ® and one of them was the economy. Speaking of business and maintenance, the most important thing is to preserve our heritage and save money. With the maintenance plan tools, we were able to ensure the correct periodicity of maintenance in a way that does not allow our equipment to have defects very often.
How is your business currently?
By using Engeman ® we were able to improve all maintenance processes, which enabled our employees to dedicate themselves to other areas, generating several savings in the mall’s operations sector.
