How did Camargo Embalagens find out about Engeman®?
In our conversation with Michel Oliveira, he told us that he met Engeman® many years ago, in the first company where he worked 22 years ago. He has followed the entire evolution of the software which is always updated to meet the demands of our customers. Why did you decide to try our software?

What was the difficulty before the implementation of Engeman®?
“We had no maintenance management problem, but it was all done in spreadsheets. But the use of spreadsheets is like a rope, for you to hang yourself with it is easy. You become a slave to it. It has a large database, but you can’t use it much. Or you can use it, but it’s not reliable. A spreadsheet, no matter how well structured it is, prevents register duplication, the change of a balance manually to both positive and negative, it is a superficial control”.
Michel told us that the company had other management systems with a maintenance module, but that these modules, although well structured, did not serve the maintenance department so comprehensively. The details were not as great as Engeman® offers. “Through Engeman®, you can do other controls, but the focus is on maintenance management, so it is much more malleable to work with.
